List of files affected by this extension Extension of the Proprietary Period for HICIAO data (April 28,2011)Based on a recommendation from Subaru Advisory Committee held on February 3, 2011, Subaru Telescope approved to extend the period when SEEDS observation team can exclusively access the data from the regular 18 months to 30 months. This extension applies to all the existing observation data taken by HICIAO during all the categories of time including engineering, commissioning and science observation except data taken by the proposal ID S10B-UH12A. This extension will also apply to all the future data to be taken by SEEDS proposal IDs. This text file contains the names of FITS files of which proprietary period have been extended by the above decision, along with the Date_Obs, PropID, old PublicTime and new PublicTime. Division Chief - Computer & Data Management FMOS Enginering Frames (April 28, 2011)All frames taken by the engineering proposal ID o07425 will be available only to the FMSADM group which comprises FMOS instrument development members and FMOS support scientists. These frames will not be opened to other STARS users because they are purely engineering data and may confuse STARS users by having data which may no longer worth using even for engineering purpose. Please note that certain engineering frames have not been opened to all the STARS users for the same reason. The purpose of this notice is to make our data open policy clear to all the STARS users.
